NIGERIA TO PLAY ENGLAND IN FRIENDLY

NFF Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi has confirmed that the Nigerian Super Eagles will play a pre-World Cup friendly match against the Three Lions of England in June.
Sanusi said that venue and other details of the match will soon be resolved.
Both Nigeria and England qualified for the FIFA World Cup in June with Eagles paired against a familiar foe Argentina, Croatia and Iceland in group D while England have Belgium, Panama and Tunisia in group G.
The two countries have clashed only once at such level with England coming out victorious with a lone goal.
The secretary also confirmed that the Super Eagles will also play one friendly before the FIFA Mundial.
