The newly elected Vice President of the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF), Honourable Khamisu Ahmed Mailantarki, is representing Nigeria at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Table Tennis Federation Africa (ITTF Africa) taking place in Tunis, Tunisia.
His participation coincides with the ongoing 2025 ITTF-Africa Championships, a major continental event hosted in Tunis from October 12 to 19, 2025. The ITTF Africa AGM is traditionally scheduled alongside the championship to ensure the attendance of federation heads and key stakeholders from across the continent.
Hon. Mailantarki, who was elected earlier this month alongside Dr Adesoji Tayo, the new NTTF President, is using the opportunity to strengthen Nigeria’s engagement with the African and global table tennis community.
According to the NTTF, Mailantarki’s presence at the event is a key part of the new NTTF administration's mandate to foster stronger continental ties and advance Nigeria's position in African table tennis and across the globe.
